Sophie Hellebaut (°1983, Ghent) studied Architecture at Sint-Lucas School of Arts in Ghent.

Around 2010, she founded a real estate agency, before redirecting her focus towards craftsmanship.

In 2020, she began an apprenticeship with a master woodturner, marking the start of a new creative chapter.

In 2022, she launched the first collection of Atelier Collón — a line of sculptural, handcrafted interior objects. Today, her work is available in over 45 high-end interior design stores across Belgium and the Netherlands.
