Cosmographies is a name that is perfectly suited to the two aspects of the studio, focusing on versatile design approach but also on homes seen as small worlds which take on form through textures, colours and emotions.

The founder Marie Guyodo, designer with a background in fashion, textiles and conceptual design worked in France, Tokyo, London and after opening her studio in Berlin in 2019, she settled in Antwerp in 2023 with her wish to bring to light traditional craftsmanship with a fresh and sensitive eye, keeping in focus a perspective of sustainability precious to her approach.

Cosmographies is Based on a trans-verse, eclectic idea : working with manufacturers and craftmans, exploring their manufacturing process, and developing a concept questioning a material or an object for small capsule collections.

Cosmographies’ concepts comes as Multi-form Systems, and playful answers where poetic and sensorial relationship with the object is made visible. Creating possibilities, and multi-faceted objects which can sometimes be like a soft murmur in a play of contrasting textures, and sometimes a visually stimulating exclamation of joyful colours, depending on the choices of compositions.
